Ms Debbie's is a fully legal licensed, certified and insured baker's style kitchen but unlike others I have chosen not to have a walk in retail business or a large staff of employees. I have a wonderful lady who now does all my baking for me- Ms Gail- she is semi retired and not concern when there are times that I do not need her. My mother, Ms Rose, also semi retired, now does most of my chocolate working including all my chocolate seashells... again loves that her work is seasonal and she can keep busy or take time to play..., my husband, Mr Ken, whom without I do not think I could do this... he is wonderful with all my craziness. Up till recently I have been the only decorator, I have been working with Ms Judy, whom is not retired but can not give up her day job... and she is a very skilled decorator. Ms Judy again helps me decorate during selected busier weekends.. Otherwise I do all my own decorating... and I prefer quality and uniqueness to quanity. Therefore I only accept 1-2 weddings based on difficulty and size of the cakes and YES, I also do birthday & other party cakes but again I only accept 1-2 per weekend. Everything is made fresh to order never frozen. Also for this reason... I am open by appointment only... If I am sitting down with you designing your special wedding cake I want to give you all my time - I do not even answer the phone.....
