My "home or local" delivery areas are no additional charge for delivering & set up for cakes over 100 servings & are
Gainesville, Ocala, Newberry, Trenton, Chiefland, Williston, Steinhatchee, Cedar Key, Lake City, Live Oak, Dunnellon, Crystal River, Hawthorne, Starke and
the general surrounding areas.
I am sorry at this time I am no longer offering deliveries to destinations further than 60 miles from my showroom/bakery.

I am a small independent wedding cake designer/decorator and I do work out of a legal & inspected kitchen, I now have a small wonderful staff that is here to help me that works with me part time as needed during my busier wedding months... My retired mother, Mom or Rose... is my chocolatier and creates all the incredible seashells and other chocolate wonders....Gail, my baker.... she creates all my yummy baked goods. Ken, my husband helps me with deliveries & set ups, many see him as my cake mafia boss..... he is very intimidating towering over a cake while I anxiously finish placing flowers or ornaments to finish the look. Up till recently I have been the only decorator, I have been working with Ms Judy, whom is not retired but can not give up her day job... and she is a very skilled decorator. Ms Judy again helps me decorate during selected busier weekends.. Otherwise I do all my own decorating g..Therefore I only accept 1-2 weddings based on difficulty and size of the cakes and YES, I also do birthday & other party cakes but again I only accept 1-2 per weekend. Everything is made fresh to order never frozen. Also for this reason... I am open by appointment only... If I am sitting down with you designing your special wedding cake I want to give you all my time - I do not even answer the phone..... And likewise when I am working on a sugar creation sometimes you just can not walk away from a cake. Please call or email me for an consultation which always includes a free tasting.
