Our past events have taught us that you can "sugar overload" so in order to make the most of tasting, we recommend selecting your top 4-6 combinations and make sure you give them a good tasting and then depending on your sugar tolerance go for the next set of your favorites.

Bring a pen or pencil. YOU WILL want to make notes of your samplings... on your menu card that you recieve during check in their will be a place to make notes of your favorites and KEEP your menu card.. when it is time to make your final selections with Ms Debbie this will be very important to you. Plus it has all our "sweet" vendors who are participating in this event and you may want to remember that great company that did those incrediable invitations...... just look at your menu.
Book your vendors early... All wedding vendors have a limited number of events that they can accept per weekend... When you find a company that "works" for you.... book them, give them a deposit to hold your date.... don't loose them..
